SRK did the opening act in KAAL. The 'Kaal
Dhamaal' song, featuring SRK and Malaika
Arora-Khan, was one of the key reasons why KAAL took
such a massive initial. Now Salman Khan might be
seen as the 'item boy' in brother Sohail Khan's
home-production FIGHT CLUB.
Reportedly, Sohail has decided to
request Bhai [Salman is affectionately called Bhai
by his near and dear ones. Bhai means brother here,
not a don, please note!] to perform on the opening
track of his forthcoming flick FIGHT CLUB, which
stars Suniel Shetty, Sohail himself, Zayed Khan,
Dino Morea, Ritesh Deshmukh, Ashmit Patel, Aashish
Chowdhry, Rahul Dev, Dia Mirza, Amrita Arora, Neha
Dhupia and Yash Tonk.
“How do you get to know these things?” FIGHT
CLUB director Vicky Chopra was caught
unawares when this writer called to verify the
development, “Sohail may have discussed the idea
with someone, but nothing is confirmed yet. We'll
request Bhai if need be. [pauses] If it benefits the
project, why not?” If it happens, expect a
chartbusting number for sure! |
